It is often disappointing to hear from a broker, after an Expo, that, "I didn't know it was on" or, "I would have gone to that had I known about it". These events are staged for the benefit of all brokers to help you keep up with just what is available in the market. The feedback from brokers is always extremely positive.
Claims Hotline - Cemac Pty Ltd is pleased to announce the establishment of a claims hotline direct to the CEMAC claims section within Lumley Insurance.
The toll free number for claims enquiries is 1800 819 288 and the fax number for claims lodgment is 02 9248 1197. The CEMAC claims staff will then liaise direct with you to ensure smooth transition through the entire process.
The removal of any duplication should help speed the process, however, should you need assistance, or should any problems arise, please contact CEMAC in the usual manner.
